Just thought I'd throw up some pics of what I've been working on with my brother. A customer wanted a front bumper for his TJ. His only requirements were a winch plate, shackle mounts, and a stinger.

Here's the progress we've made so far.

We started by using a pair of our tube shackles. They are thru welded to both sides of the bumper.

We then inserted 3 pieces of tube through both faces of the bumper. After welding both sides of the tube, the bumper was throw into the mill, and we used the face mill to buzz off a bunch of the weld on the front side. Then we used a flap disc for final clean up.

I'll post updates of the winch plate and stinger when we get to them, hopefully later this week.
